About us
The NSW Branch of the Australian Dental Association (ADA NSW) is the professional association of dentists in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. We provide services for members to enable them to deliver the best possible standard of care to the community.
As the peak dental body in NSW and the ACT, we work
with the State and Territory governments to ensure all members of the
community are able to access the dental services they need.
ADA NSW has more than 3,500 members across all work
sectors, which represents approximately 85 per cent of registered
dentists.
The role of ADA NSW is to:
-
Promote and support dentistry through a diverse range of services, resources and representation
-
Provide continuing professional development
-
Improve the oral health of the community through education and awareness
-
Support ethical practice and maintain conduct standards
-
Provide practice support to members
-
Provide networking opportunities for members – a meeting point for the profession
