The Practice Owner’s Workshop is the beginning of your journey towards reaching your practice and personal goals. Whether you are hoping to grow your dentistry empire, hoping to gain some better leadership skills or struggling to keep your business afloat, this workshop and the preparation for it is tailored to your specific requirements.

Prime Practice is dedicated to helping you achieve the goals you want, providing you with an opportunity to rise above the day to day management of your practice and gain a clear perspective of the personal and financial freedom you can achieve.

Topics include

• Leadership and management fundamentals to provide you with an understanding of your own leadership style.
• Developing your own practice Mission Statement and Annual Plan.
• Being Coached: the solid professional relationship with your dedicated coach is integral to your growth and success.
• Emotional intelligence: Insights into your personal emotional intelligence could be holding you back from achieving the life and practice you want.
• Skills to quickly increase production and profit.

This workshop is the first in our Practice Management Programme and can be done as part of the Programme or as a stand-alone workshop.

NOTE

This course requires a significant amount of preparation with your Coach prior to the Practice Owner’s Workshop to develop your Annual plan and complete all the necessary upfront work.
